If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund.
f a refund request is made within 2 days after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 70% refund.
If a refund request is made between 2 and 5 days after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 40% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee)
No refund requests will be accepted after 5 days from the initial design delivery. However, if you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact us for support.
If no action is taken on your order for 30 days after it is placed, no refund requests will be entertained. However, if you wish to reactivate your order, you can do so without any reactivation fees.
No refund requests will be accepted once the final files have been delivered.
If the design provided does not meet your requirements, a refund will only be considered if a genuine reason is provided and a proper explanation is given.
Refund requests will not be accepted if the order was placed in bad faith, such as ordering from multiple design agencies for the same project with the intent to claim a refund. In such cases, Kiwi Pixels design reserves the right to decline the refund request.
All design projects require customer feedback before finalizing the design. The customer needs to provide input to ensure the desired outcome.
If our logo design is found to be significantly similar to an existing design, we offer a re-draw. Any resemblance to another design will be purely coincidental, and Kiwi Pixels design will not be held responsible for any claims or compensation in such cases. It is the client’s responsibility to copyright their artwork.
